ALL-STARS
In 2025, Ticonderoga Little League proudly brought back Summer All-Stars, creating new opportunities for our players to continue competing and representing our community beyond the regular season.
Proudly sponsored by Sylvamo, our All-Star program gives athletes the chance to travel to neighboring towns and compete in tournaments across the North Country. These teams showcase not only baseball talent, but also the teamwork, sportsmanship, and pride that define Ticonderoga Little League.
The return of Summer All-Stars marks an exciting step forward for our league and reflects our commitment to providing more opportunities for player development and competitive baseball experiences.
We are proud of the players, coaches, families, and supporters who make this program possible and look forward to building this tradition for years to come.

TICONDEROGA LITTLE LEAGUE ALL STARS
2026 CRITERIA
Here's how it works!
Each coach nominates three players from their team for each age division (12u, 10u, 8u)
Board approval can be obtained to nominate an additional player(s).
Being an all-star is not just about baseball skills. Coaches will consider the following:
Attitude
Situational Awareness
Coachable
Speed
Batting Average
Baseball IQ
Defensive Ability
Character: Does the player represent the league in a positive way and the spirit of little league. How coachable is the player?
Ability - Can the player hit (fast pitching), throw (Accuracy), play defense (stay in front of ball, catch fly balls/grounders consistently). Can they play multiple positions?
Baseball IQ - Do they understand the game? (Situations, when to run, back up throws, etc)

Choosing the players:
Once all managers access their players, nominations will be complied onto a master ballot.
Every coach will receive this ballot with a full assessment of the players from their manager. This will act as a guideline for coaches who do not know the player as well but gives every player a fair shot.
The team manager and one assistant coach from each team will vote for the top 13 players in the league.
Managers can vote for their own players. Max score for any player would be 16 votes.
Votes are tallied by the League President and the top 10 players (12u and 10u) top 11 (8u) vote getters are on the team. The League president will break any ties if needed after evaluation of players scores.
Manager for all-star teams is chosen by League President, suggestions for a coaching staff will be offered to the selected manager.
All-Star Manager will then select 2 remaining players, based on needs of the team (Pitcher, Catcher, Etc.)
